Classes Begin

I have a few weeks of LDI under my belt and I'm loving it.  I'm learning to study, read, and discuss like a student again.  I have a lot of reading to do and so far I have loved being assigned something that I know I get to discuss later that week.  Some friends have asked to know some of what I'm doing to pray and possible learn themselves.  So here are some of my LDI components that take up my time:
OT - I get to read the Old Testament in 14 weeks and learn how it all fits together and points to Jesus ultimately.  My favorite book so far has been Leviticus... there's so much grace and challenge to set my self apart from the world in my faithfulness to Jesus
Acts - I'm so excited for this class.  We are are unpaking the book and looking at church growth/planting and all that exciting stuff.
Illuminate - I have been meeting students and I love them.  I can't wait to see how this year goes.  There are some really passionate followers of Jesus here.
Small Group - Kelly and I  have found a small group and start going tonight.  We're so excited.

Please pray for continued focus and that I'd learn a ton.
